First game play video!

We are working towards a playable prototype and are now ready to reveal some game play footage. To accompany the video I'll give you a quick overview of the different game modes.

Crazy Cat is basically a collection of wacky and fast paced micro games. The micro games are organized in 3 game modes:
  • Story
  • Survival
  • Challenge
Each game mode structure and present the games differently, but all are focused on delivering short bursts of frantic fun. Check out the video to see some micro game examples and let us know what you think!

Short bursts of frantic fun!

For the past two months we've been developing the idea of a Wario Ware type game for iPhone and iPod Touch. We've produced quite a few micro game prototypes, been experimenting with interaction and are working on getting the structure just right. This will be Wario Ware on steroids! Our primary design paradigm is "short bursts of frantic fun!". We want to deliver a simple, frantic and wacky game experience, which will satisfy and reward the player within the span of a few minutes.

Wario Ware for iPhone/iPod Touch?

Do you remember Wario Ware Touched and Smooth Moves for the Nintendo DS and Wii? Brilliant, hilarious and simple games, which helped promote the platform and give everyone an idea of its capabilities. Today we have the iPhone and iPod Touch, which combine the accelerometer of the Wii remote and the touch screen interaction of the DS. Wouldn't it be cool if we had something similar to Wario Ware on this platform?

We think so!
